The gun with the 28" field barrel will feed anything from low brass 7/8oz target loads all the way to 1½oz turkey loads flawlessly. It also patterns turkey loads to 75 yards.

With the 18.5" barrel it has some hangups on target loads below 1oz but that's about it. It's 4moa at 100 yards with Remington 3" 1oz rifled slugs.

Nice! It's refreshing to get a little variety in the sea of 1301 and 590s.

I'm curious to hear your experience with the full Fenix setup. How many rounds has the pressure pad survived? They make really nice lights (I EDC one) at fair prices but it's quite rare to see them used on firearms. I seem to recall the pressure pad mode being very limited compared to something like a Streamlight with its 10 tap. That being said, I just had a TLR-HL fall apart on my 1301 so I'm looking for other options.

I wouldnt say I have that many rounds through mine yet to give a good answer. The rail clamp I have on slides under recoil and takes off the cerakote so I take it off most times until I can find some rubber to hold it on better. I dont have any issues with my switch yet or the light though. I love the fenix lights to the point I've switched all my headlamps and torches to fenix.

The flashlight holder is also neat. Super quick to take off and holds the light well. Has a lot of rubber padding too to help absorb some recoil.
