Buy recommendations Rubber Straps for Hanging Steel

Where can I find rubber straps for hanging steel, Basspro used to have a kit for $10 but I cant find it anymore, I just need the straps I have the rest of the hardware, any other sources?

I use old worn-out tires. Cut them into strips, holes on either end and bolt em on.

I'd say try getting some old conveyor belt from a slavage yard and cutting that into the required strips. Either that or thin (1/4") horse stall mat from your local tractor supply.

Ya for sure you could do that they probably have old or damaged hose I get it from work as I work in forestry

Go to any semi truck shop and ask for a $10 mudflap. Cut into strips and done.

Rubber bungee cords???  Or Rubber tarp straps.  Look up either and you should get them.  You'll maybe have to bend the hook a bit,  but they should work good
