Feets / Collection / My build First purchase Beretta A300

Post image

Got my pal two weeks ago and after doing a lot of research for a semi auto 12g I landed between this or the SX4. But due to the sale going on and overall fit of the gun I decided on the beretta A300!

One of my buddies gave me a lot of shit for buying this since he feels it’s the “Ferrari of guns” but I thought for the price point it was worth the purchase.

Question is where the heck can I actually go and shoot this now? I live just north of Toronto and want to get some target practice in.

Your best bet for shooting would be going a couple hours north and finding some crown land. All the ranges in and around Toronto and the GTA are small and require membership. Membership wait lists are multiple years in length now, and that will only get you access to a 50yd indoor range. I don't bother with memberships now, I just go north every month or 2 for some crown land camping and shooting

I’m not from that area but are there any shotgun only ranges for trap/skeet/sporting clays in the GTA?

I know Hamilton/Burlington has one, but I'm not sure about closer to Toronto. I'm sure the east side, Pickering/Ajax area, has at least one or two as well
