Buy recommendations Update: Princess Auto safe
Ended up buying the safe and taking it home today. First impressions are good. Seems solid and well enough put together. Weighs in at 335lbs. Light enough I was able to move it with a regular dolly fairly easy. There is a fair amount of modularity inside and it comes with 2 large lag bolts and anchors. There is also a backup key hole behind the keypad. Now all that's left to do is fill it up!

Before you anchor it, move the safe into the corner to the right and spin it 90 degrees clockwise so the door faces the left wall of the closet.
You'll thank me if you ever get burglarized.
