Update: Princess Auto safe

Ended up buying the safe and taking it home today. First impressions are good. Seems solid and well enough put together. Weighs in at 335lbs. Light enough I was able to move it with a regular dolly fairly easy. There is a fair amount of modularity inside and it comes with 2 large lag bolts and anchors. There is also a backup key hole behind the keypad. Now all that's left to do is fill it up!

Damn. You can't even get a pop can safe from Canadian Tire for that much anymore.

Princess Auto has them on sale / clearance right now. Just got this same safe for $488. They had some smaller and bigger ones too.
