Application / Regulation advice Had my license suspended about 9 years ago.... How long do you think it will take to get Infront of the CFO in Ontario for review?

I've seen some people say they have been waiting months for a review, just wondering if I apply, how long itl take the CFO in Ontario to get it in front of them?

It really depends on the nature of your case but I don't think Reddit will have a substantial answer for you.

No I got 3 years to coincide with the conditionals discharge

So a 3-year ban as a result of a crime committed, but you were given a conditional discharge? And you completed your probation?

The CFOs decision at that point likely depends on the nature of that crime and if you have some strong references to back you up.

Dude, no one will know for certain besides the CFO who makes the decision. The next person with the best estimate will be a lawyer. For any of us to give you a rough estimate that is not anywhere close to certain, we would need more details.

If it’s bad enough though that you do not want to make it publicly known, the answer is probably never.
