The red dot makes it trivial to land shots, and the only way I'll use my P320

Is there a bit of play in your MCK conversion kit and your P320?
There’s about ~1-2mm of push/pull play on mine…

When I first got it, yes. I couldn't hold zero very well and it sounded like a rattle can when I shook it.
I ran Krazy Glue down the seams of the rail, and put it under every bolt inside. Basically any seam I could I put some Krazy Glue in it. Since then, been running like a dream. Atleast 2.5-3k rounds later
Edit: do you mean the actual firearm and the chassis? No. It's locked in pretty well.
