Misc Federal ammo warranty in Canada

Anyone been through the process for federal ammo warranty up here? What was the process?

Got a shit batch of power shock .223.

Did you document it and take videos/pictures of misfired/dud ammunition + disposal? otherwise they wont do anything.

I had a bad 250 Count box of AE .223 with 70+ of them missing. LuckilyI have access to the cameras at my club as was able to prove it wouldn't fire, even in another rifle, plus me disposing of it.

They ended up giving me a Coupon for use at an "authorized dealer" since they couldn't ship ammo across the border. The only store for me that would accept the coupon was Cabelas/Bass Pro in person only.

Took pictures and sent it to them we will see what happens next

They just sent me back an email saying they will be issuing a cheque back to me via mail.

They supposedly sent me a voucher for 5$ off a box that never actually arrived, now that I think about it lol
