Buy recommendations Best ammunition for Mauser 98?

Got a new to me Mauser 98 chambered 30/06 just curious on any insight on peoples experience with most accurate brand of ammunition or best grains to run for deer. I have put a box of federal 150 grain through it . Just looking for advice so I’m dialled the next few months or other brands to try to get geared up for hunting season ! TIA

Buy a variety and try them out, every gun is different.

Exactly. Ammo testing is part of the fun of purchasing a new rifle!
