Fix my gun Derya TM22 screw
I got the new Derya TM22 pro and after the first cleaning the middle top screw is very loose and doesn’t go all the way in.
It was pretty firm first time I opened it and now it is very loose. Should I change the screw or anything else?

Is something jammed in the bolt hole causing it to not thread in properly?
Check that threads aren't stripped

I think the threads are stripped since something came out with the screw itself

If I take out the top rail and only screw the screw itself, then it fastens no problem, any idea?

Because I can't see it I'm just spit balling here. If the bolt does screw in fine without the upper section on; it sounds like the bolt or hole in the receiver have some stripped threads where it would need to engage when the top portion is assembled.
Check the hole for metal shavings on the receiver, and check the threads on the bolt to see if anything is deformed.

Sounds stripped, helicoil time.
I stripped the threads out of my handguard and no matter how much I turned the screw it wouldn't get tight.
Installed a helicoil and it works great now.

If it was stripped, I think without top rail also it wouldn’t get tight, right? It works fine without that top rail, I think the screw is just a bit shorter than what it should be

When you remove the rail, the screw goes deeper into non-stripped threads I'm guessing?

I've avoided cleaning my TM22 because I heard the screw threads are very soft at the top.
If the threads are indeed stripped, you can consider get heli-coils (helical screw inserts) to reinforce the holes.
You can also try some threadlocker too.

Check any other screws you removed. Sounds like you swapped screws without noticing. I believe most are the same but one or two of them are SLIGHTLY different lengths.
