Misc Tenda Canada shipping

I ordered a tikka ctr, rings and a magazine on the 24th, now it's June1 and I still haven't gotten any email regarding if my order has been processed/shipped or not. Are they usually this slow with shipping?

Completely normal. This is like the 10th post this year asking about that. It should be a pinned post by this point.

Basically the way they are able to do free shipping is because UPS only collects it once every week or two. It's slow but it's free.

The UPS things wrong though. We have same day pick up and free shipping from UPS. Id wager its more to do with their low pricing equally low staffing levels since workers cost money and if youre doing super thread bare margins and free shipping you gotta save some were

Yeah ive never been to the store myself but i see all these horror stories about shipping on here and i can only assume that its a staffing issue. I mean i basically only break even on free shipping at 300 and im close but not at their price point. And that is with negotiated rates with ups and purolator. They have to be bleeding money on the online orders so i can see why they dont have a tonne of staff. But hey it seems like it works for them.

sometimes they are fast. sometimes them are slow. i've had them take 2 days to ship and other times they took a week. but ive always got my items

They take forever. Be patient, you'll get your stuff.

They’ve been super reliable for me. I just assume that since they’re one of the competent online stores they’re periodically inundated with orders.

Very normal, only worth ordering things from them that are cheap. Tikka is the same everywhere so id probably recommend ordering stuff like that from a different retailer in the future for prompt shipping since you arent saving anything.

The store is pretty busy, I think Tenda prioritizes in-store sales and local pick ups.

Despite Tenda being one of the most popular gun stores in Canada, it's not really that big of an operation ... they probably only have about 5 - 8 people working in the front, and probably only handful more in the back?
