Feets / Collection / My build Q and SBI

Mini fix 16” 300 blackout, Reptilia custom receiver mount, khales k16i 1-6x lvpo, Atlas bipod, cherry bomb, whistle tip.
SBI St-22 12” barrel, mdt walnut grip, eotech 512, slingster 2.0 sling.

Shot the mini fix for the first time yesterday. I shit you not bullseye @ 100 yards with the cheapest plastic cased 300 blackout barnes ammo on a cold bore shot. Part dumb luck part fixit sticks for proper torque and that direct mount? I’m not experienced only had pal a few years. Anyways wish I got a inch pound torque kit before I got my 4th rifle 😅

SBI St22 is running like a dream with any ammo in BX mags.

Still working on the kinks of the Tuff 22 mags. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m thinking loading the mags and leaving springs under pressure for a week or two. Maybe polishing the metal feeding lips or filing em down…? Strategic tape for better fit angle? I will not give up until this is solved.

The scope and mount look hilarious on that thing.

Nice stuff! Too bad we can have suppressors up here for subsonic .300 blackouts. If I had deeper pockets I’d own something from Q as well

For the TUF22 magazines leaving them loaded wont change anything if you are trying to reduce spring pressure since springs wear by being cycled not held in one state or another, but what challenges are you having?

Nice rifles btw!

If I load more than ten rnds in em I get jams. Cant have that.

What kind of jams?

The failure to feed/chamber.. only when more than 10 rnds in mag.

Google how to load them. If you don't do it correctly they will missfeed. HC3R is the model they are based on.

Is it hitting low and crushing the round? Or just skipping over the round all together?

Sorry to hear the Tuff mags aren't working for you. Here's a video I made showing how I load them to help with reliable feeding. The biggest factor is ensuring the rounds are aligned properly on the clip and inserting the clip upside down seems to help with mainting the right angle until the follower is realeased to hold them in place. I would start by loading your mags conventionally first to determine if the clip loading is an issue. You can also try adding light forward or rearward pressure with your support hand while firing to see if that improves/worsens the issue. A good check to ensure the rounds are stacked properly is to push down on them with your thumb like you see me doing in video. You want to feel firm pressure and they should immediately rise back up to the same position/feed angle.

Phewwwww what a setup, damn! I'm here to praise you before all the Q haters come in telling you how trash your rifle is. Thanks for sharing, it's refreshing whenever the post isn't yet another fuckin TM22.
