Gun and gear reviews Is this accurate enough for grouses?

Little to no wind @ 50 yards.

Thinking about grouse hunting this fall. Is this good enough to do a bit head snipping?

Yup you'll be fine.. Welcome to the hardest and funnest hunt! They are the dumbest and smartest lol.. If your walking on foot, walk with a broken pattern...few steps and stop. Take a step then stop.. They"ll hear you long be for you"ll see them. When you stop they think a predator has seen them. Listen for the peeping noise the make, if you can mimick it by smacking your lips together you can fool them a bit into thinking your a grouse fleeing from the same predator. And if they flush a few feet a head and land 3/4 ft off the ground...they havent seen you. Your noise spooked them and they think its a coyote or kitty. If they flush high 8/10 ft they know your there. And if you wound one and they hide... keep looking but circle around back to the spot you lost sight. And fire a few shots off. Sometimes they'll run out with thier last death throw.
