It's a lot nicer than I expected, I was just testing it out today.
This is my Maple handguard, which has MLOK slots on the sides; the Thumbstop has two through-holes and attaches via MLOK

It's mine that I make, I can tell you it's rock solid but I'd be biased lol, best to ask someone else

Makes no sense. Thumb rest? The only way those small handstop works is under like a foregrip

But.. the recoil isnt that intense and its a direct path for the force to go into your arm. I can see this being quite usable
