Feets / Collection / My build 1 week with PAL

Post image

I know, guys. The KSG and Adler suck big time haha.

Anyway, they’re fun to shoot. The Adler gave me a couple of ejection issues with cheap low-velocity ammo. High-velocity ammo works much better.

The KSG is just cool. The recoil is insane. I definitely need to learn how to control it better.

And I know: “buy once, cry once.”

Next up: Renegade MKII.

Only buying from now on, never selling.

KSG don’t suck at all, I have one and once’s you learn to master the gun it is a beast in such a compact package!

Do you have any accessories on it? I was thinking about adding a red dot.

I have a vortex sparc ar red dot and a stremlight tac light on it too. Highly recommend those 2 accessories. But a red dot alone makes the gun 10x better!

The KSG is great. It just has a bit of a wonky manual of arms. Practice with it and it will serve you well. I love mine.

I've got a KS7 and it kicks hard but it's super fun, looks cool, and has always been reliable.

Have you tried mini shells?

I haven't, mostly because nobody around me stocks them. I've seen videos of them being run without issue, though.

At some point I plan to get into shotgun reloading, at which point I'll probably start trimming my used hulls and make shortshells.

Yeah! I tried to buy those at Canadian Tire the other day, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy.

Yeah... Later this year I may pick up an MEC press and the short shell kit for it. The KSG would be a hoot with them.

I definitely want to get into that too. Sounds like a great idea.

Do you have the MKII? And which barrel length did you choose? I kind of like the 12.5, but I feel like maybe I could go hunting with the 19.

I have the MKI so no bolt lock which kinda sucks but I got one as soon as I could once I got my PAL and I have an 11.5” barrel with muzzle brake on that so it’s like 13.5” I think mines just a range gun I have others for hunting, I built mine myself using receiver and parts I picked out.

Like 32 days after submitting the application online. It was actually really fast. I called the RCMP around the 28-day mark, and the guy on the phone told me it had just been approved a few hours before my call and that it would be shipped the next day.
