Feets / Collection / My build TM-22 A12 + Alex’s Homebrew
This Alex’s Homebrew gen2 T handle kit is incredible. The LPVO is fantastic, too. The bolt hold open button is super slick. The TM22 is so smooth and accurate🫠 I can’t get over this setup lol so happy right now.

I love my 10/22 as well but you can just feel the accuracy with the TM-22 platform .. as much as people post them they’re STILL low key underrated imo

Handle kit is all aluminum?

100 percent..... unless you get the feather version from tommy enterprises (unfortunately I cannot recommend it). The aluminum one from Alex's homebrew is 10 out of 10 however

This looks amazing. It’s all stuff I want. Can you be the hero we need and post a YouTube vid or something of it all working together?

I just picked up the same exact model. 12" barrel too. How does it shoot? How accurate is it? I havent had time to shoot mine yet unfortunately. Ive got a couple small mods on the way like a kit to convert it to a milspec buffer tube so that I can put a magpul stock on it. I'm also rocking a red dot with a magnifier with a vertical foregrip. I am honestly so surprised how small it is.

That’s great you’re gonna love the way it shoots. There’s a small break in, like any gun. The accuracy is great, too. I’d like to swap stocks too for something even more minimalist some day

If you're looking to put a milspec stock on it, the main limiting factor is the place that goes on the back of the rifle, since the screw right under the stock on the back of the rifle conflicts with a standard AR plate. You can buy one specifically made for the TM22 on true north arms along with a milspec buffer tube. Then you just reuse the castle nut that is already on the TM22 and you're good to go.
I would also look into the buffer tube fix that basically all these guns need at some point if you're not familiar. Apparently its only a problem after thousands of rounds, but still it sounds like its a matter of when, not if. That being said, its a super easy fix.

Ahh that might make a problem for me then since the T handle kit has its own lock plate that is shorter on top. Maybe I could find an airsoft stock that works with a commercial tube

Maybe, maybe not. I honestly be suprised if Alex didnt account for the buffer tube issues when creating the mod, seems pretty familiar with the platform

Lol you have my entire catalog, thanks for the support.
I actually got my p.eng license now and I'm going to quit my dayjob and design gun stuff full time soon
