Perazzi MX2000/High Tech Skeet, Beretta DT11/10 Skeet and Kreighoff K-80 are the most popular guns. Most people shoot with a glove grip stock, usually custom fit or fully adjustable stocks like TSK or Ergosign. I personally shoot a Beretta 694 Skeet, and I have a TSK style adjustable stock with a glove grip. The Skeet model has 29” barrels with no side ribs to lighten it, I really like the 694 and prefer it over the heavier DT11/10.

For practice I shoot whatever is cheapest, so usually that’s 24g #7.5/8/9 Challenger, S&B and Rio, however I’m having a hell of a time finding anything in stock currently for low prices. At the US nationals I was shooting 24g #9 RC4/Federal HOA for qualification and #7.5 AAs for reverse doubles. Then I have a couple flats of Clever T4 Pro Extra that I’m saving for Canadian Nationals in August.
