Misc WOOX AR accessories

I phoned Calgary retailer , and confirmed with them they can bring in WOOX AR accessories, in addition to the WOOX precision products they have listed on theirsite. WOOX has fixed and folding wood and aluminum with wood cheek riser and butt plate insert 1913 stocks, woody buffer tube stocks, wood MLok rail covers , pistol grips, and foregrips if anyone wants wood accessories for their Renegade, Hush Holsters SKS or Brigade Makasi, FYI.

My original post got nuked when I mentioned the retailer, but look on the WOOX site for their dealer locator, scoot the map over to Calgary, and you can find it. The site also lists an Ontario dealer, but I haven't phoned them yet to ask about AR stuff.

If you are talking about Range Sports, they are good! I have bought from them many times.

That sounds cool but I personally would get the magpul UCS stock but that sounds like something worth looking into

The UCS is a great option if you want to maintain the tacti-cool look while lightening the whole rifles, as the FAL-style stock is appar heavy. But someone might like to a more woody stock, or just to add further to the FAL vibes with a wood pistol grip and some wood on the handguard. To each their own!

Ya for sure the wood would look cool to

I'm not sure if the magpul stock would make it lighter but it might

I have read one of the few complaints on American forums about the rifle is the default stock is heavy, being all metal. The Magpul has enough polymer on board their likely would be a difference, probably making it more comparable to a buffer -tube style stock.

I didnt know that the stock on the makasi was heavy i thought it would be light  and hollow but I haven't read up on it

I have held the magpul stock and while its not the heaviest it has some heft to it

It is here-say, as we don't know if the stock has been refined for the Canadian market. Hopefully we will find out for certain soon.
