Gun and gear reviews Ross M10.

Howdy folks ! First time gun owner and I received this gun from my late grandfather. Can anyone tell me more about it ? I'm gonna take it in and get it looked at before I shoot it.

Any suggestions, comments or concerns ?

I'm pretty stoked, lot of history in this rifle from what I've read.

Nice one, I wouldn't restore it personally. They were often cut at the mid band like that in service for various reasons. They sometimes have a bunch of unit marks on the right side of the stock.
