Gun and gear reviews Crusader Backland Customer Service

Thought I’d like to just give my personal experience.

I had an issue with my backland elite stock. Most people told me goodluck getting it taken care of.

But I think people should discuss positive experiences as well!

Crusader responded back pretty much the next business day! Super kind and helpful.

They didn’t give me a single issue. I thought that is worth mentioning for those who might be on the edge because of customer service concerns.

Once the Makasi and Carmel drop, Crusader is done for. Improving their customer service is too little too late! I'd rather not have to use my warranty lol. I understand using warranty on cheaply made Turkish arms, but Crusader ain't cheap.

People gonna straight up say “I don’t want to play with you anymore.” Unless Crusader in a strange turn of events lobbies Carney to ban the Makasi and Carmel but keep the wholesome Crusader on the condition it becomes only made in wood stock.

I sent them an email with an inquiry about a month ago, and they responded within an hour or two. No complaints here, they were easy to deal with.
