Milsurps / Prohib Legality of mounting this in my car?

It has the solenoid trigger, so that should work.

This is a real firearm, not a replica. It's 100% legal with no license required as it is deactivated.

If it were mounted on a vehicle There are other laws that may apply, something like a brandishing/threatening or public disturbance charge could be applied depending on the context. But there's nothing illegal about this particular gun or mounting it to a vehicle

That's wrong.

A "real" firearm legally fires a round and functions.

It's not a "real" firearm because it was "remanufactured" to be a "replica".

As it is, it's a replica firearm. Doesn't matter if it contains parts of functional firearms or not.

Being a former firearm only makes it a further clear cut case of looking like a real firearm, and more in breach of replica firearm laws as it's waaay more likely and too be expected by the public to be real/functional.

The law exist because "hey that physical thing looks like it could shoot people" .. a former firearm is more guilty of that than literally anything else that exists.

You are mistaken.

Deactivated firearms are not considered "replica" firearms. While they are for legal purposes "no longer a firearm" they are not "replicas". Replicas are made from scratch to resemble a firearm, deactivated firearms were originally made as Firearms, not replicas, so they are legally distinct.

Replicas are prohibited, deactivated firearms are not.
