Milsurps / Prohib Legality of mounting this in my car?

It has the solenoid trigger, so that should work.

It has to be clear that it's not real or you get into replica gun issues. If it closely resembles a real firearm then it can land you in jail.

From decommissioned firearms.. to squirt guns.

The more panic is causes, the worse it's going to be.

They always have these Catch All laws so they can charge you if they want to. It's just like "dangerous to the public peace". They can almost always nail you with that no matter what.

Walking home drunk isn't a crime until it is.

Keep it within reason and reason is usually the outcome. Plenty of example where it wasn't.
