Milsurps / Prohib Legality of mounting this in my car?

It has the solenoid trigger, so that should work.

Don’t quote me on mounting, but mounting it may be one thing, as long as it’s unloaded, but discharging it is a very different story.

“In Canada, discharging a firearm from a vehicle is strictly illegal under the federal Criminal Code and provincial hunting regulations. Doing so carries severe penalties, including mandatory minimum prison sentences, and is only permitted in highly specific, Ministry-approved medical exemptions.”

I would not want to put myself in a position of question as this can come with a minimum five year sentence. Even if you are on private land, I would not want to test the law in this manner.

I've seen people shooting moose in newfoundland from the side of the road.

“Monkey see, monkey do!” is not the best legal argument. Many hunting regulations state it is your responsibility to know the law.

I’ve seen it in BC as well as Newfoundland. Doesn’t mean it’s legal.

Yeah, I mean.. it's not something I'd really thought about because it would never occur to me to shoot out of a vehicle.
