Milsurps / Prohib P1907 bayonet manufactured by Wilkinson in 1918 and accepted by the Canadian army.
These were mounted on SMLE No.1 Mk III rifles and were used during WW1, the interwar period, and WW2 and were among the last of the "sword bayonets". This particular model was manufactured by Wilkinson in 1918 in Britain and the C-broad arrow marked on the pommel showing it was accepted for use by the Canadian army. The frog is also C-broad arrow marked.

I found one of these in my great grandfather’s shop. My family and I call it the Kraut sticker.
