Shooting Eastern Ontario ranges for IOC shooting/C-21 exemptions?

Desperately want to get into IOC shooting and get a possible C-21 exemption, does anyone know of ranges in EO that allow newbie IOC shooters and can facilitate the process?

RA Centre Gun Club in Ottawa might have something. Best to call them though if they are IOC recognized or offer IOC recognized disciplines or have a pathway to get an exemption letter to bypass these stupid laws.
