Gun and gear reviews High caliber services

Post image

Has anyone else had bad experiences with high caliber services based out of Mission, BC? I have now been strung along for 6 months on the purchase of a magazine adapter that I was told had a wait time of 4-6 weeks. After being told the product would be done and shipped by the end of the month on 3 separate occasions, they have now started ignoring emails. The product is now listed on their page as in stock and being shipped. I like to support local gun and parts manufacturers but this is absurd, I have not had customer support or an experience with a company as bad as this. They were always to quick to reply with the first few letting me know they were almost done, but after being patient and giving them ample time far beyond the estimates they had told me I have become very frustrated. How can you advertise a product and take money from people for said product and then not even have the intention of delivering it by the end of their own timeline.

No clue about this business but we wont back order parts or accessories at all. We did when we first started but we learned quickly that theres alot of over promising and under delivering from manufacturers and distributors in this industry

You must have a very stable market offering then.

High Calber dominated in the Modern Sporter and Pistol market for there size, but there is no major retailer taking chances or bringing in a product that isn't already in stock or on a limited backorder arrangement.

I don't see that changing until the political arrangement does.

No, you miss understand. We book and dont recieve alll the time. Hence the not back ordering for consumers. Id rather tell them no now then take their money and have them be mad at me because a manufacturer or distributor cant fulfill their end of the deal in a timely manner.
