Remember: You don't have to be on an Olympic team. Just be practicing a discipline recognized by the Olympics, even if that is just a once a week casual bullseye shoot.

Do you have to submit your scores? Like how does that work, a coach has to watch you shoot once in awhile?

I believe you have to shoot in one sanctioned match.

I received mine by submitting pictures of my range sessions, never competed.

Wrong. I was rejected by the provincial body and then joined the SFC and they walked me through the process.

Looks like BC has a special exemption process as compared to other provinces - the provincial shooting association can grant exemption letters which they don't do in other provinces.
