Application / Regulation advice GunPost virgin!

Post image

Disposing of a rifle through gunpost for the first time. I want to do it properly and the Canada post website states it needs to be in a sturdy lockable container...

Any tips where to acquire such an item without eating into my margin too much?

It doesn't say sturdy lockable container. It says sturdy, non-transparent container. Just get an old gun case that you have lying around (I end up with like 2-3 crappy ones just from buying from others) and ship it in that with a trigger/cable lock.

Case is unnecessary, but will provide safety during shipping. Charge the buyer for the case if it’s a cost out of your pocket.
