Misc What’s your one firearm that got away?

Whether it was because the model ceased being produced, it was OIC’d the night before or a gunpost deal that fell through.

I want one of these so frickin bad. Man I would love to be able to shoot 7.62x54r in semi auto.

I had the chance to buy one for only $300 a little over 10 years ago but I was a broke college student who'd already spent his last $200 on another gun (which I still happily own) so I had to respectfully decline, but fuck I wanted it so badly.

Here's hoping the laws of this land someday return to something at least halfway approaching sensibility. 🍻

Same here, I was at the hunting store in 2014 or 15 and there was a nice SVT 40 for $340. I was holding it in my hands but I had no money for it, I had just bought a house alone at 25yo. ( another thing that also disapeared, affordable housing in Canada)

I shot a friend of mine's before the ban and it was so much fun. I regret not buying one.
