Feets / Collection / My build 2 Weeks with RPAL
Picked up Adler RF-224 the first day I could and 10/22 Magpull Backpacker today.
10/22 fired first 120 rounds with zero issues, have put 600 rounds through Adler and I have 1500 rounds left.

Don’t care for one. I’d rather spend $$ on a decent 6.5mm, .308, 5.56/.223 and a 590A1

Nice any 10/22 is something a pal owner should have but that one is even better

Harris style bipod is nice, but backwards on a short barrel .22 is big lol

It’s a $29 Amazon bipod. I’m not wasting good money on the Adler. The Vortex will go on a .308 or 6.5mm when I find one I like.

So looking at it on Calgary shooting center store it’s a rifle that takes 10/22 and the ruger precision rimfire mags?

My experience.... 0% success rate using genuine 10/22 mags in an RF-224. 100% with Adler OEM mags, 95% using Promag 597s.

I built mine own custom 10/22 but for the price this is looking pretty good, good job!!

Don’t get it. It’s a Turkish 10/22, it sucks I regret my buy. It does not cycle through very well.

Even with the OEM Adler rotary mags? I got one of these last autumn and bought into the myth that 10/22 mags were interchangeable. They are decidedly not. Even the shitty Promag 597s run pretty well with a stovepipe from time to time.

Your bipod should be facing the other direction
