Gun and gear reviews I finally got the M3 clone review done

I had to get the first gun I received replaced under warranty, it would not cycle. This one did work, mostly. It has some compromises in order to give it the M3 look and functionality. At the now cheaper price, it at least has a place as a range toy.

Honest and good review. The gun at the end of the day is Turkish, it will need breaking in and some form of gunsmithing for it to be flawless. Honestly they did good though.

Even with all that i would never call them "flawless". They are pot metal guns. No changing that

Agreed wouldn't use it if it was a more urgent situation i.e hunting, work as a guide, competition. But at a range toy for like 600 bucks I guess it's fine for it's niche since there are no other options.

Watched this then took mine out for its first shots. Planning to buy it sonce December. Nice price surprise once I got back from work.
Mix of slugs, buckshot, and random bird shot. About 100 rounds. Fired everything but the Winchester white box and my reloads without issue. Never had good luck with semis and the cheap Win. loads. My reloads were low recoil slug loads with nail heading and would not fully extract or load without the pump.
Tube clamp shifted quite easily, shaved the spacer a bit with a file and it sort of held better. Probably want to replace it. Also shaved all the molding lines off. Some on the stock were enough to cut my hand. Each of the screws also had the parting stub left and had to file that. Sights were way off from factory, barely hit plywood at 50 yards.
Action does feel a bit weird when firing. Definitely notice the slower action, and kachunk, compared to some others. Got my thumb pinched a few times by the loading gate. A longer one would be nice. A larger bolt release button would also be great. I think the pump handle is spaced for a 6'6" carabinieri, even my knuckle draggers are too short.
As said a fun gun, especially for the current price. Going to have to see on longevity.

Need to see a 500 round burndown with 00 Buck or slugs to believe this isnt hot garb

This has about 400 rounds through it.
But to be perfectly honest, burndowns on turkish shotguns aren't actually as useful as you'd think. They reason is quality control. All turkish shotguns have QC problems. Companies like Tactical Imports and Canuck try to offset it by working closely with manufacturers and great warranties. Because of the QC problems, you may have a shotgun that performs particularly badly or one that runs flawlessly, and its completely irrelevant due to the variance found in finished products.
What's far more useful is a wide variety of reviews. In my opinion, I'd find 10 400-500 round casual reviews more useful over a TFBTV 500 round burndown of a shotgun.
If you're going to be shooting 500 rounds in rapid succession in an afternoon, you should literally never buy a turkish shotgun. The QC problems alone tell you to buy something like an A300 or 1301.

also no one actually shoots than many shells at once unless you are in a big group of friends out shooting or olympic level shooting in which case you arent using a turkish semi anyways

Thanks for the review, its definitely a cool looking gun and always need to be weary of Turkish semi auto since they can be so good or sooooo terrible. Definitely wouldn't have ever paid the $900+ but $650 is much more reasonable, who knows maybe with some smoothing/internal work it could be really nice to shoot?
I saw during shot show there was a SPAZ12 clone so I wonder if that'll come next and if this will be a good lesson for them to do it better since that one is supposed to be even more expensive (assuming its not instantly banned)
