Faizan Ali is the Canadian arrested. He has extensive ties to organized street gangs in Ontario. Like the ones Project South police corruption used.

His lawyer was Jordana Goldlist in 2024. Due to a clerical court error, his sentencing was delayed. Ali took off and Jordana Goldlist couldn’t locate him. She was taken off his case and he was sentenced to 11 years. Until he was arrested this past week trafficking 89 guns into Canada.

Goldlist is the cousin of another criminal defence Leora Shemesh. Shemesh recently got bounty hunter gang member Avon Osman off with a double murder, his second separate murder charge dropped due to “court delays”. Avon is linked to Dixon City Bloods and 5PGZ, some gang members have been charged in recent shootings of synagogues and restaurants; youth from gangs contracted out to commit intimidating gang violence.

I notice a pattern of a family of defence lawyers using petty legal loopholes like clerical error or court delays to get extreme gang members off easy. Who then go on to traffic illegal guns into Canada.

Shemesh is friends with the spokesperson for the Jewish restaurant that was shot up by alleged shooter Mohamed Mahdi, who has a sister in the YRP North 23 Somali Liason Unit; Police Constable Sahra Mahdi. Mahdi has gang ties to 5PGz and the guy who shot the Rob Ford Crack Video, Siad, a Dixon City Blood that Avon Osman is linked to (Shemesh’s client).

Shemesh’s best friend and law partner is Gary Grill, the lawyer for Top5. Top5 got off with murder after a judge ruled his rap music was free speech. He rapped about being able to order a hit for five hundred bucks.

Shemesh and Grill have deep ties to Zionist groups like the AGPI, Honest Reporting and Tafsik, who just hosted Alan Dershowitz in Toronto, Jeffrey Epstein’s co conspirator. Shemesh hosted Alan at the Tafsik event. She’s also the lawyer for Frank Stronach in his sex assault trial.

Shemesh is the VP of Abraham Global Peace Initiative, which sends the Police Chief Associations on training trips to the IDF in Israel. AGPI openly lobbies police unions and the Attorney General’s office directly. They recently help install a “Prosecutorial hate crime unit” to investigate hate crimes despite Leora Shemesh getting her client Robert Walker’s 17 Fuck Gaza graffiti mischief charges dropped.

TPS and YRP are facing increasing pressure for participating in organized gangs contracted out in extortion-intimidation campaigns surrounding tow truck mafia wars and GFl-contract mafia wars. They get a few quick wins from contracted out youths, who will never be named, linked to street gangs, and there’s an increase in police funding and more funding for security to religious groups.

The defence lawyers and lobbyists connected to the police and Attorney general’s office also control the gangs they represent, responsible for the violence and trafficking in arms.
