Didn’t you get the memo? You’re not supposed to post pictures of tactical SKS or else it will make us look bad and piss off Poly even more. Every bubba SKS post here gets that one guy who says that lol.

I don't believe that they are afraid of responsible citizens turning mass shooters, I think that's just the virtue signal talking point they tell us. I believe that they are trying to intentionally disarm the population lest we be able defend our selves and our country against a tyrannical government when the crackdowns start happening after people get fed up enough and start to revolt

You don't think the person who was shot by a responsible citizen turned mass shooter is afraid of a responsible citizen turning into a mass shooter? Poly, led by Natalie, are at the forefront of all of this. I like my conspiracy theories as much as the next person but you guys have been flat earthing for way too long.

“Ban cars, I was hit by a responsible driver turned intoxicated vehicle operator” this really does hit it on the head, the duality we’re dealing with here is that some people believe that the potential risks of the average citizen owning a dangerous thing don’t outweigh the benefits of living in a free society. Poly by her own logic shouldn’t believe in personal vehicle ownership, personal choice relating to diet, mountaineering, or really anything that a child couldn’t reasonably do without supervision. Many people unironically believe in this way of thinking and we call them authoritarians. In this system we are all the children of the state. Poly is a seething, violent and fanatic authoritarian and that’s why she’s not popular here.

Didnt know TNA had a chassis. Does it have their AR mag adapter built in?
Dumping money into the SKS feels safer than dumping it on makasi lol

Does not have the adapter buit in. It is designed for the duckbill mags but it will take the adapter as well. I have one, but haven't installed it yet. Not sure if I will on this one or the next one.

I read somewhere that these are apparently blem matador chassis that TNA played around with. When they're OOS, they're gone for good.

That scope looks cool, very Russian styled.

u/captlevasseur May 08 '26
I bought the scope first just because it looked very cool (and it is, the night vision on it is incredible) I built the gun so I would have something to mount it on. Built in rangefinder and ballistic computer is also pretty nice although somewhat wasted on a 7.62X39 but what can you do. Russian looking scope needs Russian looking rifle.

Should try stretching your SKS to 500m+ using that scope. Could be a satisfying experience if the calculations all work out correctly.

I will definitely be seeing how far this can go accurately. I can reload my own as well although recovering the brass is a pain so maybe with some custom loads I can improve the accuracy.

How heavy is that thing

u/captlevasseur May 08 '26
Doesn't feel any heavier than the original wood stock to be honest. I'm sure it is but thinking maybe between 8.5-9.5 lbs at most.

Excellent!!
...but where is the grenade attachment? lol
2
u/captlevasseur May 08 '26
Lol..or the underbarrel shotgun for drone defense. I think those are still available.

Is the blem stock worth it? Like comparing to other brands chassis, any wobbliness or cheap feeling to them?
1
u/captlevasseur May 08 '26
Completely worth it. I would be hard pressed to even find what they consider a blemish on it. On top of that I had an extremely positive interaction with them with this chassis. I originally ordered it with UPS shipping. They sent it and when I opened the undamaged box, the chassis was broken into two pieces. When I checked back on their website, they didn't show having left for sale so i was not looking forward to trying to resolve it but I emailed them and they immediately sent out another one free of charge (through Canada Post this time). Feels solid, its metal, not plastic and it was easy to install, moreso than some of the other ones I have tried in the past. Would highly recommend when they put them up for sale again. or check the auctions they have every so often. They usually sell one ort two there as well.

Fyi, it's gonna be a pain to reload because of that vertical grip
Source : Me i did the same

u/captlevasseur May 08 '26
Lol..I moved it back as far as I could to allow for more room in front. Didn't think about it interfering with the duckbill. Will have to experiment. I can move it one slot forward still and still have room to confortably manage that grip.

Question for you. Is the rifle stable inside that chassis? Any play at all? Mine wiggles in it a bit and I wanna find a way to secure it
1
u/captlevasseur May 09 '26
I haven't noticed any play in the chassis at all.
1
u/Canadian-gun-nut May 09 '26
If I push forwards on the charging handle (toward the muzzle) it will move a bit and pull it back and it sits in place. I am wondering what I can do to bed it and I wanted to see if it’s just mine or it’s a known thing :(
