I just hope it doesn't get choked in the cradle ... hopefully there is just too much going on in the world, and that won't happen.

Are these the Oakley Meta Glasses that you are wearing?

u/twistedhumoraffy May 08 '26
Yes sir

Nice how do you like them? I’ve thought about getting the regular rayban ones since Gen 1 is on sale but haven’t decided yet

Tbh I opted for these because more coverage on my eyes and somewhat on forehead lol call it more safe while shooting at the range

I have a tiny very minimal wiggle in the trigger group
It’s because I think the Kodiak trigger is missing the bolt release and that leave a kind of a small gap there

Is this at urban tactical in brantford? if not it sure does look similar

wtf they opened a range in missisauga? how did i never hear of this?
also clowning on FOC whose range seems in a half decade long bureaucratic hell with nothing but ai slop advertising so far to show for it

This range is pretty convenient 4 lanes for now additional 8 lanes coming in June

the only downside i can see is being under 20 yards long. hard to test your accuracy at that range. but also in a great location and not some remote industrial area like most indoor ranges are in ontario.

Awesome video and run down. I've wanted a semi 223/556 since as far back as I can remember but with the AR bans it wasn't really a reality. This build (and others) gives me hope that the dream is still alive.
Based on where your light is I'm guessing that's why you went with a vertical grip. Would it be possible to c-clamp this rifle with the light moved under the barrel, or further down barrel ?

u/twistedhumoraffy May 08 '26
Love it as well super convenient location for me lol

Beats goin to target sports which is such a massive hassle also don't need to spend 35 everytime you walk in on top of a subscription
Hope they start the construction on the new part of the range soon

Practice better trigger technique. Shouldn't be slapping the trigger like that bro.
2
u/twistedhumoraffy May 09 '26
Yes sir I did notice that too working on it

Let's see some fast mag changes too, dog. Mozambique drills. Bill drills.

1 stoppage in 50 rounds is a 2% failure rate, can´t say that´s great 😞

It's not some secret. Read the firearms regulations. It's literally written in the law that this is coolbeans.
