Honest question: have you ever had to fend off an aggressive bear in Canada? (hunting or otherwise) What happened,​ and what worked for your response? ​​

Yes. When I was treeplanting. This black bear was sniffing wherever I’d stick a new tree, bro basically forgot I was there but was super invested in the trees. Black bear btw (northern Ontario just northwest of Thunder Bay near the Manitoba border), I ended up getting kinda scared and I yelled at him and waved my shovel around and he ran off lol. I’d be dead if he was a grizzly, this is why carrying handguns in the wilderness makes sense
