Honest question: have you ever had to fend off an aggressive bear in Canada? (hunting or otherwise) What happened,​ and what worked for your response? ​​

Twice I’ve been within 5 meters of a black, one was a boar but I was in the car, the other was maybe a year old and just curious and scurried away from me
