Dude I threw a timney trigger in mine from CSC and it's such a good upgrade. It gets rid of the trigger flop!

So it’s not just my trigger that flops…?? Why is that? Did you install it yourself? I wouldn’t even know where to start?

If you own guns in Canada you're also part paralegal, watchmaker, metallurgist, engineer, refinisher and machinist.
You're in the right place for help. Amazon torque driver set and mallet and pin-punch set. Blue Loc-Tite. Learn by doing.

Honestly this is so legit lol, I've learned so much from it. I can hear the dremel calling for bubba

Guns are the one product whose manufacturers encourage disassembly and FAFO during the warranty period. Most firearms instruction booklets are 80% "Don't shoot anybody or yourself", 19% parts list and 1% detailed maintenance instructions.

The flop threw me off too! I think it's because the factory trigger sear doesn't have springs where the timney one does! It was a little scary at first to take it apart but the youtube walk throughs and instructions got me there lol

I’ve heard nothing but good things about smith and wesson guns from both canadians and americans. Apparently they are basically the toyota of the gun world, one that you can always rely on for their decently priced (at least in the US lmao) but durable firearms with consistent qc

Beauty. I’ve got the walnut 1854 and put almost 1k rounds through that beauty since February. Have fun!

I've been going back and forth between crying over buying this, or the Marlin 336 Dark Series. Tough decision to be made. Congrats on the beauty rifle

Nice choice, love mine. Check out chisel and Midwest industries as well for aftermarket stuff, I like the cheek riser setup on either of those more than RPP.
