Hot 22?

Was shooting my Marlin 795 when something sketchy happened my guess is a little to much powder in that one. Shooting Aguila have shot lots of them never had this happen.

I know it's just a 22 but it isn't illegal to clean your rifle from time to time. That looks like the round went off when a bit out of battery due to carbon buildup
