Any reason for the backwards scope mount?
6 u/Iokua_CDN May 03 '26 I never understand calling it backwards, like use the Cantilever whichever way you need to work with your eye relief. Isn't that the point of the cantilever scope mount? To move the scope closer or farther away while still fitting on the rail 1 u/Mammoth_Attention_59 May 03 '26 That’s fair, I’ve also placed it “backwards” but only due to the eye relief I feel that could be done with it “forward” with the rail space. Could be wrong here. But you’re right it doesn’t change anything in purpose / use, just aesthetics
