Gun smithing or reloading parts?

Pretty new to the sport and someone cleaning out thier dads home offered this up to me as part of his fathers gun collection. Does anyone know what any of these parts are for? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Pic 1 looks like the rear sight off an old lever action rifle.
