Gun and gear reviews Legendary marketplace pull

Brand new with foam picked it up for $150 - now I need to find a way to make it more modular or somehow stack guns..

No way a pelican case of that cost comes with pluck foam...

Do yourself a favor. Run a consistent line of glue alone the 2 outlines of foam shaped to your rifle. My work has pluck foam pelican cases for dial indicators and stuff and they've gone from plucked to the shape of the instrument to big padded boxes because all the foam works it's self free when the object impacts them

Or better yet buy a solid foam insert and cut out the rifle with a hot knife

I’ve seen people spray them with something and it hardens the foam, but I am definitely replacing it with a solid insert!

I think the case is deep enough I can actually do 2 layers of guns so I want to rig something up where I can easily lift the top layer.

That's pretty solid too, spray adhesive works well. I definitely prefer the solid foam, my Nanuk case came with straight foam so I cut out my rifle, some mags, bipod, and sling spots and she's been mint

If you can do 2 layers of guns that would be absolutely awesome, my Nanuk case came with the thinck foam to cut but also a maybe 7/16" top foam which would work well as a divider if it were deep enough
