Application / Regulation advice Question about the henry supreme

Post image

I know ARs are usually easily convertible from 5.56 to .300blk but would this be. I will probably buy a 5.56 because of ammo prices but it would be nice to be able to hunt deer with it too. I see 450$ .300blk barrels that would be a nice combo gun. Can someone confirm or disprove my theory please?

I’ve also heard they are difficult to get off “haven’t tried” but yea I think they might just sell you the parts if your comfortable with the work. From what I understand once your swapped you should be able to swap amongst most standard barrels at that point… * side note: that’s all pretty pricey I plan to just put in the FREE paperwork and send mine out to get chopped down to 9” at under $200 and wait to hear peoples experiences with this route

Also worth looking into if your going “custom build” routes I’ve seen a couple Henry long rangers out there converted to 8.6 blackouts……” heavy breathing” ….. my ammo budget just isn’t in the 8.6 game yet lol

For the price of export/imports + parts + work. I think it would be cheaper to just buy a second one!
