Application / Regulation advice Question about the henry supreme

Post image

I know ARs are usually easily convertible from 5.56 to .300blk but would this be. I will probably buy a 5.56 because of ammo prices but it would be nice to be able to hunt deer with it too. I see 450$ .300blk barrels that would be a nice combo gun. Can someone confirm or disprove my theory please?

I don't think it's a hot swappable option. They come in both, probably best to just buy the one you want and stick with it.

I get wanting to save on ammo but thats $450 USD for an extra barrel? $6-700 CAD? That's a lot of ammo before you start to see a return on that even if it was a quick swap.

If you want .300blk just get it in .300blk IMO

Well I want .223 because I really enjoy the caliber and it is cheap to shoot a lot of rounds. 700$ in ammo is quickly gone in .300blk. I want the .300 to be able to hunt deer in Quebec with it!
