As a fellow lefty, just retrain your brain.

All the lefties I know shoot right. If I had to, I could shoot left without too much hassle, I don't see it as a big deal. A bigger concern is cross eye dominance. Can't hit what you can't see, even if you can oeprate the bolt

I'm working on a Rhineland .45 ACP conversion right now, and I have a 5.56 Bubba that hasn't seen the light of day. However, my dream Lee Enfields are a .410 conversation (that takes commercial .410 shells not the Indian guard conversion) and a Kyber'd 7.62x39 that runs ak mags

Become a gunsmith and do it yourself

With a mill and a will, there's a way.

I'd buy myself an airplane without having my license before I buy a mill/lathe setup. Less risk of me doing something stupid

I’ve got a sporterized Lee Enfield and I’m left handed. I usually just reach over and run the bolt with my left hand. Doesn’t bother me at all.

It's what I do with the Nagant. And my Ross is awesome as a lefty. It was just a wish.

I'm left eye dominant. I was forced to be right handed for writing in elementary school. Since I discovered this I purposefully train both right and left handed shooting whenever I can. It's nice to be able to pick up any gun or hockey stick or whatever and use it reasonably easily.

Is it really that bad to move the bolt with your non-trigger hand? As a righty, I have wondered what it would be like to shoot a left-handed gun in a right-handed manner.
