Milsurps / Prohib Grab SKS, go inna woods.

Post image

Bought a bubba blaster off of CGN. It's much better done that I was expecting, but bubba still had his dirty mitts all over it.

The badacetactical mount came loose even with a generous amount of loctite. The whole thing flopped over on me. I'm a bit peeved. Still had fun though.

I highly recommend y'all try and catch Bubbas' cope rifles they're selling to fund their Makasi pre-orders.

I'm interested to see what kind of chest weld you have to see through that optic.

Has a midwest industries stock on it with a cheek riser. Very comfortable to shoot. Quick to get a good sight picture.

Pic rail stock. Very interesting. The standard ones with the folding stock seem to be made for no optic. Do you have any pics of the whole gun?

Is it the one you posted 12 days ago?

Yes, it's the one I used for my post picture. The seller finally commited to the sale. I just got it in the mail on Friday.

Very nice dude. Looks great and a lot of fun. Is that a primary arms prism? I have one and thinking of mounting it on my sks.

Yeah, it's the PA 1x microprism. I really like it. Unfortunately, the pic rail is too small to put it further forward, hense the offset riser. Any further back and the optic would be hit from ejected cases.

Yeah that's the same one I have and yeah that makes sense. I know people bust chops about optics on sks but I think optics make everything better

It's significantly more fun to use than the iron sights. I wouldn't want to go back.
