Fix my gun Henry 22 firing pin

Hi Guys. Because of my stupidity my new Henry H001’s firing pin is broken. But I have searched all the webs including ebay but no one sells this part in Canada. Does anyone know where can I buy this part in Canada?

Btw now I really know do not dry fire on your lever 💔

Is it okay to call directly in Canada? I have seen that maybe only the United States can do it

I sent a message directly through their customer contact page under the option for replacement parts/manuals. They responded within a few business days, and were able to ship the parts I needed free of charge. I might recommend not offering up that this was dry fire related damage. They are pretty explicit about how their rimfires are not dry fire safe, having it both in the manual and on that paper wrap they put around the receiver of the rifle, and I'm not clear if it would void any kind of warranty.

Sadly, they reply me that they cannot directly send me a firing pin

Ah that is too bad. Did they give any explanation? They sent me a whole receiver cover and scope rail, I'm surprised they balked at a firing pin, unless it's some regulation that is affecting it?

I think so, cuz they said they are “restricted “

Ah that is unfortunate. Best of luck dealing with Grech.

I would try for warranty

That involves dealing with Grech Outdoors ... I DO NOT recommend that

Modern rimfires can be dry fired, the manual recommends you do not, but not because the firing pin will break but because it will damage the chamber on these particular firearms:

It is suggested that you do NOT dry fire this rifle. Repeated dry firing of a rimfire can eventually peen the edge of the chamber, making it difficult to load and extract cartridges.

If the firing pin broke, I would send it in for warranty - apparently it's a common issue on r/HenryRifles.
