Application / Regulation advice Seeking help/advice

I recently renewed my RPAL. (took forever to get back)

I thought nothing of it when I received my licence. This is the 5th time renewing. Stuck it in my wallet and carried on with life.

Yesterday when I went to use it to aquire ammo. I realized they removed the RPAL and only renewed my PAL. I own restricted firearms.

How do I go about fixing this problem the Cheif firearms office is no help as I can't even get through to a human being.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

But coming to Reddit for advice on an RPAL issue is kind of insane.

He’s stated he’s been trying to call the CFO unsuccessfully. OP is obviously distressed by this and is seeking help from the community as the actual authority is failing. Lay off.

Didn't try emailing, didn't call the right number....

Im not sure what they did try or didn't but coming to an online forum full off anonymous posters to ask how to deal with your own Rpal issues seems highly suspicious. Maybe call your mpp?
