Application / Regulation advice Seeking help/advice
I recently renewed my RPAL. (took forever to get back)
I thought nothing of it when I received my licence. This is the 5th time renewing. Stuck it in my wallet and carried on with life.
Yesterday when I went to use it to aquire ammo. I realized they removed the RPAL and only renewed my PAL. I own restricted firearms.
How do I go about fixing this problem the Cheif firearms office is no help as I can't even get through to a human being.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I got an Rpal not long ago and thought I had the same problem, on the back double check to make sure it doesn’t say restricted on the top left corner.
