Application / Regulation advice Seeking help/advice

I recently renewed my RPAL. (took forever to get back)

I thought nothing of it when I received my licence. This is the 5th time renewing. Stuck it in my wallet and carried on with life.

Yesterday when I went to use it to aquire ammo. I realized they removed the RPAL and only renewed my PAL. I own restricted firearms.

How do I go about fixing this problem the Cheif firearms office is no help as I can't even get through to a human being.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Which province? I know back when I was getting my pal the BC CFO did everything in their power to be unreachable by phone. So much so that when I finally found someone who could give me the extension for their office, they were VERY upset that I had called them.

This hasn't been my experience at all.

Been calling repeatedly (weekly) for several weeks to get an update on my application. Always get good people to chat with, incredibly helpful, willing to chat and answer random questions. Maybe in just lucky though
