Milsurps / Prohib New home defense tool?

*Title is Le Joké, calm your titties*

Just got the rifle grenade launcher, fits on K98 pattern rifles (just need to removed the front sight hood) as seen here mounted to my 1944 DOU K98k

Very snug fit, would love to try it but I dont have dummy rounds or chalk rounds, it fits 22mm NATO pattern grenades so I might try 3d printing some but those will no doubt get destroyed either by pressure or impact. Should be a fun toy!

Should definitely 3D print some fake nades to send. Maybe tpu on the nose would handle the impact

Hahahah!

Funny enough I have a pile of 6.5x55mm blanks with wooden bullets, thats where I got the half pound of blank powder I'll use for testing but maybe I will end up just crimping with pliers if I give up 😅

Yeah... yeah... along with a couple other things. My buddy knew him well and worked with him, called me up to let me know it was happening. Much rather have the man back than anything else from him

Fuck I was gonna buy it 😭I was wondering where it went

But yeah same tbh. We’re are truly worse off without him, especially since there aren’t many other gunsmiths on the island

Wish we could have home defense in this joke of a country.

Try it in Ontario, I think the Premier will let it slide.

He would let us use a howitzer and then go in the news to show how he added on in his house.

This is Canada, if someone breaks in you are supposed to give them your guns so they can shoot you. It's the RCMP equivalent of MAID.

Use a musket for home defense, as the founding fathers intended...

Not used for home defense legally, buy it for sporting reasons, but technically you can just like a baseball bat

I would not trust a baseball bat against armed intruder(s). Or against multiple unarmed intruders.

And if you ever get that baseball bat disarmed, you are now at the mercy of how or if it's used against you

As someone who trains, I wouldnt even be confident with myself for hand to hand combat against multiple people. The odds further go down out of my favour when they now have my bat, and even more drown if they were already armed to begin with.

So I truly don't know why anyone has faith in a baseball bat or golf club at their bedside. It's a false confidence/sense of security for the most part.

Perhaps he's defending against pop cans and gophers.
